Hello! this is true, the Izmery brothers were executed by Army personnel.In that case, I may be wrong about Antoine.But did you know that while in exile in Washington, Aristide used to have a number of active military officers in Haiti on his payroll in Washington? And this is one of the reason why he killed Gen.Max Mayard when he came back to Haiti.
Gen.Mayard did not do a job he was paid for (According to a very accurate source).This is why all the executions made while he was in exile in washington were made by military personnel in Haiti working either under Michel Francois(another notorious criminal)and Cedras.According to a military source,when Georges Izmery was killed, Michel Francois was all confused and out of control when Cedras called him and asked why? the executor was fired from the army, but became a member of Aristide Security in the National Palace when he came back, this is my whole problem in that Izmery brothers drama.

When Aristide came back in October 1994.He became a very important member of the National Palace Administrative team working directly with Fourel Celestin.Now can anybody explain to me why someone close to Michel Francois who executed someone like Jean-Marie Vincent become so close to Aristide in the National Palace???
