During his inauguration, Preval should seize the opportunity to encourage the diaspora or the wealthy Haitians in Haiti to adopt or sponsor one, two, or more underprivileged child/ren.
I can guarantee you this will make a big difference in the lives of the children of our great nation Haiti.
We need foreign assistance; however, we can also contribute in combatting poverty in our beloved Haiti Cherie.
