Give me 5 Facts of Prevals rule

Preval a democrat? I have a hard time swallowing some things; when he was president he was a neutral element who only obeyed Aristide's orders, it is a known fact! He presided over the last elections that turned Haiti upside down and threathened the electoral council's president for refusing to make the rigged elections official, under his administration more drugs transited through Haiti, he made embarassing statements such as "naje pou soti" and "sa'm pa rinmin ak metye prezidan-a se fe diskou" I mean honestly how can we think of reelecting this man as president. Instead of giving me a 5 good reasons to vote for him, someone give 5 good facts of his accomplishments. Once he was seen personally participating in car searches at night in Port-au-Prince and a young man told him "ou pa gen anyin pou fe" and the young man was arrested, truly a democratic president who had nothing better to do with his time instead of working with a focus group to help Haiti get out of its misery. Under Preval's rule, the country got poorer and nothing concrete was ever really accomplished to help better Haiti, that is a fact! Here is another fact for you, under his administration many people got killed in broad day light among which colonel Lamy, pere Ti Jean and JEAN DOMINIQUE.
