If Haitian would fall for the words drug dealers, Haiti will be deeper $hit. For your information, in case you did not know, a drug dealer is murderer who would do or say anything to get away with all the murders he has committed. I do not know why in the world the US justice department woulld rely on anything Jacques Ketan would say. Please find someone more credible who can accuse anyone else of being a drug trafficke.
