The Haitian Constitution prohibits exile. It would not be uncontitutional to allow Aristide, a former democratic elected president to return to his country. There are no credible leader in this race beside Preval. All the other candidate has nothing to offer, they have no legitimate pass that would make them the ideal candidate to run for president. Preval is the only one.
