Martinez-Sanchez, I do not hate Aristide, I was replying to a post by G Simon.
But I see you seem to idolize him as you are blaming the failures of his administration on the USA, OAS, IMF, etc. but not Aristide himself, I suppose he is just the victim in your point of view; by the way the current government never received all that money, it was pledged but never actually given to them as they are also unable to organize themselves.
