Dual citizenship, is not only a freedom for the country it is a move in the right direction. In my opinion this part of the constitution should have never been in existance, because the people that drafted the constitution in 1987 don't seem to make any provision for the Haitian that were force to leave the land for economical reasons or political reason. We all must understand that the process of rebuilding Haiti is to include all Haitian and it should not relish on excluding any Haitian out of the process. Therefore the politician that will be elected in the next coming election need to amend the constitution and allow all of Haiti's children in the process.
