bravo! USA, Canada, Europe etc. they were not built by only presidents and kings, but by investors and loving generous citizens. I one of these candidtes would read the history of Russia, USA or many parts of the world, they will do wonders in Haiti. Papa Doc shut down all museums, Libraries and Theatres in Haiti because he didn't what us to know anything better but (malproprete) Do you remember the macoute song? Also macoutes would say"After us is us, Papa Doc is gone Baby coms up, after us is us" These are the garbage that were have been suffering of.
