Should the new president of Haiti ready to give his life for his citizens?

Before any of them continues with his/her candidature, he/she should sign a new decres:
If I...

should ever betray my citizens (Haitian) or my country, I should be executed in public.

No International should intervene.

I Shall rurrender peacefully and trilled by a non partisan judge chosen by the people.

If found guilty, I shall be executed within the 24 hour.
If one doesn't sigh it, he should remove his candidature.

I will ask Keen to write down, G.Simon will put his input, Concerned Citizen will proof it then i will send it to all the radio stations in Haiti and here in the US for all Haitians can have a copy and sign a petition for it to be in application.
Faster you reply, faster it can start.

This will be the first aspirin for the headach.
