From Jean-Claude Duvalier, Roul Cedras, to Jean-Bertrand Aristide, they are all welcome back to their country.
If there is a problem, let the Haitian judicial system handle it. No Haitian should live in exile.
I repeat, no Haitian should live in exile!
If one chooses to live in self-exile, then it's another thing.

JOHANNESBURG, Feb 21, 2006 (AFP) -
Exiled Haitian leader Jean Bertrand Aristide said Tuesday he plans to return to his country "as soon as possible" following elections in the Caribbean country.
"I do believe I will be back as soon as possible and I will continue to invest in education," Aristide said in an interview to SABC.
Aristide, 52, has been living in exile in South Africa after fleeing the restive Caribbean state in 2004 amid a popular revolt.
