President Rene Garcia Preval, i know you will got the election tomorow i am so sorry i can't go in haiti to give you my vote.
But i believe after you is the ocean.
I'd like to make only a suggestion.
Haiti go on. You byyourself can't do all the things that you wanna do in 5 years please ask all the (commune) to be enpendent work by themselves and every month or year you will give a prime for the commune wich work more (economic,social,politic)
that does'nt mean you ain't gonna help them but after year you gonna see how Haiti will become and you will be President for ever.
