If Haitians continue to maintain a judicial system based on retaliation, vengence, reprisal and retribution, Haiti will continue to regress indefinitely.
This applies to Aristide as well as to the current regime.
Haiti is for the Haitians.
Whether it is Jean-Claude Duvalier, Aristide, or Charles H. Baker.
All Haitians should be able to live freely in their country.
A good Judicial system should handle legal litigation.
The system should be based on fairness not on vengeance and retribution.
This is my vision for a peaceful Haiti.
