According to United Nations statistics over 2 billion a year is sent to Haiti from the Diaspora, namely United States, Canada, France and the Caribbean I hope that Mr. Preval would do his best to make sure that we, all Haitians, from every corners of the earth, will be able to vote in the next elections, local or national. Haiti has too many educated and affluent children to be wasted. I suggest that we bombard our new President with letters and email to voice how we would like to be part of our Motherland's future. Let�s make him read, hear and listen To you Mr. President, remember our devise, "L'Union Fait La Force." The �Union of all Haitians in the world� is the proper remedy for our country. We are a unique people and we can prosper as Israel prospers. If Israel and her children can do it, Haiti and Her sons and daughters can do it, too. Follow the Jewish State and her children and learn. One never knows what one may learn.
