We might need to check with New Jersey Department of Elections to find out whether or not Wyclef registers to vote there. If if does carry a voting ID card from NJ, he should never allow to vote--not even register-- in Haiti. However, as you all know the system is broken in Haiti. No tracking records of citizens living in this Island. Keep in mind that the CEP's President declined making any appropriate step to check the citizenship of the candidates. The case of Simeus has proven nothing, but this broken system and unqualified individuals.
