When Preval becomes president,his first act is a complete overhaul of the justice system and the PNH gangters. Then he should find a way to arrest Baker, Apaid,the top leadership in the so called Armnee D'Haiti, the gangs in cite soleil(although they are merely reacting to the threat of such people as Baker and Apaid), and the gangters in the PNH.For Haiti to move forward, these people need to be brought to justice for their implications in the human rights violations that they participated in or falicitated.The PNH is the major vehicle of death in Haiti, from the anti-gang unit to the riot police.They should be held acountable and be prosecuted first and formost because they are abusing their power and need to be stopped as soon as possible.
