~=Part 19 of 20~= Before I start talking about how the Haitian mulattos and the CIA used and dumped Guy Philippe, I would like to salute the progressive Haitian mulattos like the Laforet, Izmery families, etc... who would defend Haiti and its liberty just like Petion fought along side Dessalines to liberate the Haitian people from the white oppressors. Happy New Year 2006 Now, Read this and you will have an idea what the CIA and the American Embassy in Haiti are up to these days. It's Deja Vu all over again: Amongst the worst violators of human rights in Haiti was the Front for the Advancement and Progress of Haiti (FRAPH), actually a front for the army. The paramilitary group spread deep fear amongst the Haitian people with its regular murders, public beatings, arson raids on poor neighborhoods, and mutilation by machete. FRAPH's leader, Emannuel Constant, went onto the CIA payroll in early 1992 and, according to the Agency, this relation ended in mid-1994. Whatever truth lies in that claim, the fact is that by October the American Embassy in Haiti was openly acknowledging that Constant � now a born-again democrat � was on its payroll. The FRAPH leader says that soon after Aristide's ouster an officer of the US Defense Intelligence Agency, Col. Patrick Collins, pushed him to organize a front that could balance the Aristide movement and do intelligence work against it. This resulted in Constant forming what later evolved into FRAPH in August 1993. Members of FRAPH were working, and perhaps still are, for two social service agencies funded by the Agency for International Development, one of which maintains sensitive files on the movements of the Haitian poor. Then Toto constant was arrested, jailed and dumped. This is what awaits Guy Philippe, maybe worse. The CIA has a history of devouring its own children. The reactionary Haitian mulattos are no different, they killed the Izmery brothers because they were uplifting the poor dark skin Haitians. Guy Philippe was propped up by the Haitian mulattos and the CIA to do a job, now he is not no longer needed, therefore he is dumped like garbage. Guy Philippe is a true definition of a traitor/Uncle Tom. Now Guy Philippe awaits his fate, which is in the hands of the CIA. In creole they say "Si ou manje lajen chada, fok ou peye chada". May God protect the progressive mulatto wing in Haiti. Black Haitians and progressive mulattos together we can liberate Haiti just like Petion and Dessalines did in 1802...
