with so many people unemployed only jobs can do some real change in Haiti. No one creates jobs because they want to give jobs to people the real reason is always to make more money. for that part we going to need to give a lot of incencitives to thoses companies to go to Haiti. no one will invest their money in a place with no security or where gangs are running the show. companies are leaving the US and other industrilized nation in seach for cheap labor. we have to lure them into haiti. it will cost them less money to transport their product from haiti than to do it from China. Cheap labor will raise some other questions but they will let some get out of misery; even we have to work at the same time to solve the problems it will create. you will a lot of investment pouring into the country where jobs will be primarily a private sector stuff
