Simon   About the Treaty - I am not Yet Convinced - by G. Simon For what I have read so far, I am not yet convinced that the treaty is that bad. All the treaty talks about is MINUSTAH supervising the reform of the Haitian Police force, which is so corrupt anyway. If anyone has more info about the treaty, please post it here on this site.
