"On a Positive note" (Part 1 of 50) Today I am starting with a new series entitled "On a Positive Note". Part 1 of 50 focuses on our urgent needs. Let's unite behind a great man, Rene Garcia Preval. That's destiniy at work. All the other candidates who lost should concede gracefully. This is not the time to act as sore losers. In a recount, Preval would have reached at least 68%. If there was no cheating at all Preval could have been in the 70s. Anyway, let's move forward with the country's agenda and priorities such as: Peace, stability, reconciliation, security, capital investment, jobs, tourism, clean water, electriciry, infrastructure, health care, housing, literacy campaign, a cure for erosion and deforestation.
