Baker is crying already when he is in 4th place with only 5.5% of the votes. Baker claims that people voted up to ten times. How could that be possible when people wait on line up to four hours to vote? You want to tell me these people wait 4 hours x 10 times = 40 hours - waiting on lines to vote 10 times in one day.
