My Agenda For A Better Haiti

Friday Jan 27, 2006

1. The first thing I would do is establishing a competent cabinet.
2. reinforce the constitution
3. Pass tougher laws for criminals, death penalty to all kidnappers, chimeres
4. secure all our borders
5. establish a new competent and powerful army
6. infratucture
7. Education (destroy all these so call school, rebuilding more public school)
8. Give all farmers tools necessary to farm their land, support them with government grants
9. provide drinkable water to all Haitians
10. create more jobs
11. punish all those criminals with community service (make them farm our lands, clean the streets ect..)
12. destroy all bidonvilles & replace them with housing projects.
13. build more & better hospitals
14. create youth programs
15. call out all Haitians who live in DR to return home.
16. Electricity
17. bring our currency back
18. trade with other countries

Opportunity for all Haitians no matter what color, religion or creed.

If I Were President Of Haiti, A Dream Would Be...

Friday Jan 27, 2006

I wish that one of the candidates was reading the message board.

I WOULD create a trusted cabinet made of very qualified members, two from each province therefore I would have a "for and against".

I would have and advisor who knows and love the people.

I would encourage each province to vote for a very qualified educated governor.

I would encourage each sector to vote for a very qualified mayor.

Each mayor would chose candidates but vote by the people.

After having such strong government body, together we would work towards the lower lever such as fire department, police, hospital and other neighborhood planning.

Haitian KID and TEACHERS would be the first in the agenda.

Teen of 16 would be forced to learn manual skills.

Law and order would be the goal therefore everyone would be accountable for his own action.

All high school students with no exception would give a month out of a year of community service (Construction of public buildings, street cleaning, road building etc.)

Libraries in every corner for the people would be encouraged to read and able to compare their lives with others

Nothing would be impossible to achieve.

The kid who plays marble in the street would be able to dream as a great marble player.

The kid who likes playing ball in the street can dream of being a great ball player.

The kid who like making fanal can dream of being a great fanal maker or an architect.

DREAM WOULD NOT BE A LAUGHING SUBJECT ANYMORE BUT SOMETHING TO WORK/WALK TOWARDS.

Control the people with love and compassion.

I would teach that any great country consists of the same as ours but with togetherness they have achieved all so can we

Responce To My Agenda For Haiti.

Tuesday Dec 27, 2005

what you said was great and basic.
don't forget. All these restaurants have no license.

this is tax wasting and life risking.
They should all carry a licensed for almost everything the sell.
The license should come with an uneraceable book.

in that book, even a piece of bread bough should be written to whome by whome and how much.
with that, there'll be a great control on health, tax and price (price gauging or black market).

every time to renew the license and the book, restaurant or food shop should go through a whole FDA tests.

Example:If someone is poisoned, it will be easy to find out what and where also will be peace for the family to know that it wasn't diable.

2)Tap-tap should be gone and replaced by real taxies and busses.

one taxi will give jobs for nigh or day shift drivers, mechanics, washers etc.
busses will give jobs as well night and day for drivers, mechanics etc.
with that, less conjestion, less polution, less trafics, more government control and regulation.

Correction By Prof. Dalembert

Keep on dreaming, you naive Haitian.

The kind of privatization mandated by the foreign powers vis vis Haiti would never allow the following to take place:

a)reinforce the constitution

b)Education (destroy all these so call school, rebuilding more public school)

c) bring our currency back
