Don't you think that if Haiti had a real army that was truly trained with a clearly defined role, maybe the Dominicans would treat the Haitians across the border with a bit more respect?
Haiti is in the hot seat with its neighbor right now and if they decide to invade so they can insult us even more, we have no defense.
