what can i say about duplan,i live in haiti,i khonw almost all candidat,so far is the one whit the most credibility,because of is experience in the goverment is program for haiti,and is past nobody can 't say anything bad about im,ill vote for and i hope every body who gonna vote think about they contry before anything else,we need fresh idee in this country and someone who willing to do everything he say thanks
