I use to think TiGi was one of the good one in Haiti. You guys don't just say anything about him. He is just the shadow of uncle sam. But really he was a good cop when he was leading the delmas district. Anyways he can't be a good president for Haiti. Anybody with violence style will not be welcome by any of the parties lavalas and makout have done enough..
The president must be very diplomatic and able to manage America and bring the money in Haiti
