As advised citizen, I have been listening to most of the candidates that have an opportunity to address the nation; I realized that 85% of the Haitian voters are illetarate, if they had a chance to understand what Rene Julien stands for, they would realize that he is the man with the ideal vision for Haiti.
About 90% of the population live in deep poverty, there's no electricity to operate any industrial entity, no institutions are functional or even existant because the law is not applied in Haiti.
Now it is a matter of law or anarchy, so if the Haitians believe in the changes the law can bring for a better living in Haiti, please vote Rene Julien identified at number 22 from the list of the numerous candidates.
When the elctions will be held, I don't know. But Rene Julien is the right candidate to elect.
