What are these two people have in common?

They are two haitian Electoral Council Provisory officials who fled Haiti under extreme pressure to the USA. Both of them blamed for fraud in the 2000 and 2006 elections respectively.

Leon Manus flip-flops did not help too much. We have heard of "private" conversations between Prval, Manus, and Aristide, which lead one to wonder just where those leaks came from. Was the presidential line bugged?

We all know the answer to that.the tabulations were indeed screwy and they did favor Fanmi Lavalas, but to what extent?

It would appear to a logical mind that a number of people who got elected in the first round would have had to go to a second round otherwise, but that they were indeed the leading vote-getters.

Jacques Bernard seem to premanufacture the the 2006 election to go to second round regardless.

Once again, there was a leak that spelled out his secret. J. Bernard wanted a run-off, but it was very unfortunate for him. He got his home/range burned down and looted and his entire family received death threats.

Last time I read an article about Bernard, he got paid one/uno/1 haitian dollar for this job. If this is true, what was his motivation for this job?

As a concerned haitian citizen, I am sure Bernard was awared and even withnessed of what the 2000 election mistarbualtions got Haiti into: two years bloodshed with violence, kidnapping, domestic violence, increasing of death tool, ...

etc..

You name it, Haiti got it bad for the last two years.

Now this mofo wanted to put Haiti in the same limbo again?

This is riduculous.

Are these kind of citizen who so called themselves "patriot", "nationalist",..?

May all these flakey go to hell and leave Haiti alone in a peaceful manner for their children to enjoy it and tourists can visits.

Then we can call it again and again "La Perle Des Antilles".
