Dear Patriotic Sentinel,

Accepting the generalization of you shaming us for not voicing our strongest opinion on the tabulations of votes which seems to be manipulated, I, not a politician, am too far out of the loop to suggest a strategy.

But, if I may suggest that, as a political strategy, Mr. Preval should graciously and publicly call his closest opponent to ask him, Mr. Manigat, who has gained only little over 10% of the votes among 34 candidates, to concede on certain conditions that would be favorable to Mr. Manigat as a member of Mr. Preval�s cabinet, to Mr. Preval, himself, and to our beloved Nation.

Mr. Preval should not be too proud or ashamed to place such a call to ask an opponent to concede, for such a request has been in practice for too long in the western political world.

Publicly, Mr. Manigat, himself, as a personal, political and patriotic move, should accept, for at his 10% second place compared to Mr. Preval�s close to 50% of the votes allocated among 34 peoples would seem to be a long shot from scoring better between two people in the runoff.

And, particularly, for the sake of our beloved Nation�s search for PEACE AND PROSPERITY, Mr. Manigat should show all Haitians and the world that Haitians can cooperate among all of us.

Let those who want to cry, cry!

Let them call foul!

Once Mr. Manigat accepts concession, then Haiti and the world will see Her children at work
