In statistics when you have a sample of a 25% of an overall population, this number can not go up or dow by 12 points which was the cas of Preval.
It's mathematically and statistically impossible.
It's simply F-R-A-U-D. 61% to 49% is plain fraud, and it's not going to fly.
The moment that Preval refuses to violate the constitution to say publically that he will not allow President Aristide or any Haitian citizen, including Jean-Claude Duvalier, to return to Haiti, his percentage dropped by 11%.
The Bush administration is pulling his election fraud and dirty tricks as I am typing this words.
