Yet if Preval loses they've already been prepping the international press with quotes of people claiming fraud to rig the election for Baker.
They've threatened Preval or 5 years of war. Where's this civility that we've been talking about?
Funny how it's nearly impossible to find a negative quote about Preval or Aristide in the international press, but it's so easy to find such talk in the streets of Haiti or amongst the Haitian Diaspora.
