I went back to the comment I posted under candidate Baker last week to copy and paste the following piece, just to show you that I did not write that Baker is as qualified as Manigat, there was the world ALMOST in between.
See for yourself.
By the way, education is right there in the air, it is not the monopoly of one group or one person, anybody who has the means and the will can get it in no time now thanks to technological advances.
Read this Pat Sentinel (Pa move):

Please notice the world "ALMOST" before "the same qualities"
