Political Change+Development = Democracy
Dear Co citizens:
Most of the Third World countries are in the process of transformation from basically traditional political systems into modern states.
Today, Haiti is in the process of political development, which implies the capacity of government to realize its policy objectives.
Indeed, I encourage all candidates, and other citizens who are concerned about a change for Haiti, to participate in this project.
In order to give birth to democracy in Haiti, we should provide a plan of development.
The most important one is the improvement of the school system.
That is the raison I determine to establish in Haiti a technical school in which young Haitians could have a career in this World of Advanced Technology.
This project is written on behalf of democratic movement in Haiti.
I want you to know that it should not be only the initiative task of an individual, but it is the responsibility of all Haitians who strive for change in Haiti.
I suggest that all candidates, to support this project, because it is one of the important task we should achieve toward development.
In fact, regardless of the outcome of the election, whether you are elected or not, you�re still an authentic Haitian.
On that issue, I urge you to move along with this positive project that could help rebuild Haiti.
There are many, but this is one of them.
I encourage first the candidates and all volunteers to get involve.
I need some of the up-to-date machines, tools, equipments, electronic devices, and all other materials that are included in the curriculum of that school.
So send me your donation to support this project.
I assume that any candidate who gives a lump sum donation could win about 70% of legitimacy.
The time is now to manifest your good-will as a good leader.
