Here is the solution for Haiti, in order for peace and prosperity to evolve: Privatize TELECO (Telephone), EDH (Electricity), Airport (Transportation), Maritime Ports (Commerce), BRH,BNC,any government bank ? (Financial).
After doing so, I guarantee that Haiti will start enjoying peace and prosperity.
Here is a bit of History for you Haitians: In July 28, 1915, American military forces have been in control of Haiti and the National City Bank of New York controlled the National Bank of Haiti and was the depository for all of the Haitian national funds that were being collected by American officials, and that Mr. R.
L. Farnham, vice-president of the National City Bank, was virtually the representative of the State Department in matters relating to the island republic of Haiti.
Thereafter, all the Gold from the National Bank of Haiti were removed and stored at the National City Bank of New York.
