I Say Again YES Latortue Received 1.7 Billion

YES ! YES! YES ! Latortue cllected $1.7 billion in the name of Haiti.

I have all the proofs.

Out of over $2 billion promised, Latortued collected $1.7 billion.

You can not argue with facts.

What has Latortue done with all that money? They terrorize the Haitian population, they killed 20,00 innocent Haitians.
