mr batis,
a criminal is not devoid of political ideologies.

petty criminal and bandits tend to come from poor areas and poor people tend to support grass-roots political movements; thus, by the property of transsitivity, many petty criminals and bandits would generally support grass-root political movements due to a somewhat affinity to poverty-related issues( that does not mean that they gennuinely care for the poor that they would often terrorize); in other words, amaral's choice as an automous individual to support preval does not in any logical way link preval to criminal activities.

for instance, almost every criminal in the american penitentiary system is either a democrat or a republican; but should the supreme court ban the democratic and republican parties from participating in american elections because some violent criminals have expressed sympathies for those respective political organizations?
take the case of the corrupted american lobbyist abramoff who has been until very recently closely linked politically to the republican party( he had contributed to the electoral campain of president bush as evidenced by a subsequent rejection of the monetary contributions made by abranmoff to the electoral campain of president bush) and compare it to that of Amaral.

On the basis of the verifiable facts alone, would not you say that abranmof was closer to the republican party than is amaral to Lespwa?
your arguments would have carried some weight had amaral been the official spokeman of the lespwa party.

almost every criminal in the world harbors political ideologies that generally conflict with their criminality.
in conclusion, your arguments are quite invalid!
in the united states, the italians including the mob families voted for GULIANI for mayor of new york.

the racially segregated Deep south voted for kennedy eventhough kennedy was known to be a supporter of civil rights for blacks.

these examples essentially invalidate the pillars of your arguments.
