I think it will be done in a run-off (if there will ever be an election) between the candidates if any one has not acquiring a certain percentage of the vote.
We all have the tendency to conclude that the older Haitian generation is the cause of the fall of Haiti.
I hope that they understand how we fell about them.
Remember, Ronald Reagan was almost 70 (His administration caused more unemployment than any previews administrations since the Great Depression) when he became president.
But, he was elected through the democratic process.
I am sure Haitians in Haiti would get their chances to decide.
I wish I could.
