If i were President of Haiti:
1.Agriculture will be the number 1 to motivate the youth.
for all the departments.
Farms will be second.
After 3 years there will be food, school before atacking any social problems and I know we have plenty.
2. Decentralized-Prepared the country sides so it could be livable ( roads, schools, houses).
Port- au-Prince will be so expensive because it is the capital.
If you are not working it will be hard to live.
Public transportation will be changed eliminate the Tap Tap come with real buses.
Eliminates the Bidonville to build new roads.
Education System rebuild a new one eliminate this crap baccalaureate, rebuild public school by district.
If someone plan to build a private school a model will be given to them.
3. i will build 2 great universities one in the North another one in the south they will be about (40,000 Students each).
