Why they cannot change the country, Do like me, teach the needy how to read and haitians can become a better nation. What can you do without the Diaspora, absolutely nothing therefore any haitians born from an haitian parents should enjoy the dual nationalite and Haiti will become a better country. The Diaspora is what Haiti needs for its development. In Haiti, they are ffighthing for power but not to make it better for all people.
