Simeus is the best man for the job. Let's not talk about the constitution for the moment. This constitution is "en veilleuse officieusement" since February 29, 2004. The country is in urgent need for everything, let's not pass the opportunity for an improvement with Mr. Simeus. I know we must respect the constitution, but Mr.Alexandre and Mr. Latortue are themselves"inconstitutionel". If we really wanted to apply or to respect the constitution, these two above mentioned would not be in charge now.
