3- Aristide promoted Haiti's bicentennial celebration to remind the world of the only successful slave revolt in the world.
4- Aristide turned down the conditions imposed on him by the World Bank and IMF.
5- Aristide expelled I.R.I.
out of Haiti.
6- Aristide is a minimum wage increase advocate.
7- Aristide supported workers's uninons rights
8- Aristide was uplifting the Haitian society from the bottom up.
9- Aristide encouraged freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
10- Aristide disbsanded the army that was the puppet of the business class that Aristide has demanded to pay taxes.
And aristide has opened the Haitian market to the diaspora...
