As enthusiastic as one could be, he/she must be patient as he/she should encourage every one to be as patient because counting ballots is like a pulling the rope in a thug of war. While Mr. Preval may take a lead in early round, he may end off in a runoff.
Honestly, got forbade losing.
My opinion, I think that Mr. Simon should focus on any potential runoff.
That does not mean that he should not celebrate as much as you are, Mr. Batis, hoping that there is a runoff to prove your point that Mr. Preval is not as popular as everyone thought.

May I suggest that you all agree to disagree on the people that you may suggest the next president of Haiti should offer a position in his cabinet or how the president should use the United Nations to help develop Haiti.
I will start with nominating the real person behind "Observer Keen" as ambassador of Haiti in Washington; Mr. Simeus as Prime Minister (if the Haitian Constitution Allows it); Recruiting top notch native Haitian police officers from the Diaspora to help rebuild the Haitian National Police force; give incentives to the Diaspora€s professionals such as doctors, engineers, teachers, mathematicians, etc. by offering them free weekend trips to Haiti so that they can go and help their brothers and sister; make weekend-school mandatory, since those professionals from the Diaspora are usually off during the weekend.
Even those who work in the sanitation department can help rebuild Haiti.
I strongly believe that Haiti should not severe its ties with the Cuban doctors in Haiti, while Haiti maintains a great relationship with the USA.
As much as Preval cares about Haiti, Manigat and Baker also care. I believe that the president should offer each a position in his cabinet.
Despite the fact how small or big a role they would play in the new administration, they should use that as an opportunity to prove to all Haitians that Haiti comes first.
