i do not care how many dark-skinned friends that he has. not being racist is not an accomplishment in itself for racism is the negation of human brotherhood.
when one is not a racist, he is not doing anybody a favor, he or she is simply being consistent with humanistic ideals rather than embracing.
had he been racist, he would have been a jackass.
do we need to give baker a medal of honor for her non-racism?
the way you seemingly want to us to be so grateful to baker for not being a racist suggests that he had had the right to be so in the first place.
