He will bring peace, security, stability, prosperity, sanitation, jobs, incentive for capital investment, return of the diaspora, tourism, subsidy to help the underprivileged with education, healthcare, housing

All the recent polls show that Preval should win in the first round between 60% to 70% of the votes.
I am asking all Haitians, including the Greedy Vampires, to respect the result of a fair and free elections.
You are now learning a bitter lesson that you can not govern a nation by excluding the majority.
Latortue & Co must give up the power that was never theirs.
Before Latortue leaves Haiti, he should be held accountable for every penny that he collected in the name of Haiti.
Latortue should be held accountable for turning Haiti into hell despite collecting $1.7 billion.
Gerard Latortue should answer questions regarding his cocaine involvement with Yuri Latortue.
Gerard Latortue should be detained in the country as an illegal Prime minister who canceled the 24 billion dollars reparation and restitution that France owes Haiti.
I will continue to define democracy for all Haitians as an educational campaign:
"Democracy" is a form of government of the people, for the people, and by the will of the majority of the people; however the rights of the minority must be respected.
Rene Garcia Preval = RGP = RETURN of a GREAT PRESIDENT.
