For 200 years Haitian cannot change the politics in the country, we have generations that have the chance to go to school. Why they cannot change the country, Do like me, teach the needy how to read and haitians can become a better nation. What can you do without the Diaspora, absolutely nothing therefore any haitians born from an haitian parents should enjoy the dual nationalite and Haiti will become a better country. The Diaspora is what Haiti needs for its development. In Haiti, they are ffighthing for power but not to make it better for all people.
